What changes between plans and how limits apply.
What counts as a run?+
Every time an agent processes an input — by API, widget, MCP or a schedule — it counts as one run. Internal tool calls do not add extra runs.
What happens when I hit a limit?+
The API responds 402 with the limit that was reached. You can upgrade or wait for the next cycle; your data is not deleted.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. The change applies on the next billing cycle and limits adjust at that point.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Credits included in the plan renew every month and do not roll over. Purchased credits last 12 months.
